If you're not familiar with these magical art tools, let me give you the lowdown. Kwik Stix are solid tempera paint sticks that glide smoothly on paper, wood, cardboard, and more. Wonder Stix are vibrant pastel multi surface writers. Magic Stix are markers that won't dry out even if you forget to put the cap back on (a true miracle for forgetful crafters).
Father's Day Toolbox
Materials Needed: construction paper, Kwik Stix, black marker, paper, scissors, and glue
- Draw tools onto a blank piece of paper using a black marker
- Paint each one with Kwik Stix and cut out
- Fold construction slightly less than in half
- Fold the remainder the opposite way to close
- Open the paper
- Glue the tools onto the paper and fill out the card for Father's Day
- Fold again to close
- Add a handle for the card to look like a toolbox
- Gift to your dad on Father's Day!
Lava Father's Day Card
Materials Needed: pencil, construction paper, cardboard, Kwik Stix, Wonder Stix, scissors, and glue
- Trace each of your hands onto construction paper using a pencil
- Cut along the hand outline
- Cut a piece of cardboard into a volcano shape
- Paint the volcano with Kwik Stix
- Draw scribbles onto each hand using Wonder Stix
- Feel free to use as many colors as you'd like
- Glue each hand to the top of the volcano
- Write a message on the front of the volcano for Father's Day!
